Basic Service Fee Schedule*

We offer a free conference to discuss the needs of your business. You will receive recommendations customized for your business and a quote for the services that you have selected.

Following is our fee schedule for basic services:

Data File Setup

	Installation and setup company preferences	$150.00
	Chart of Accounts	$ 80.00
	Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable	$ 80.00
	Payroll & Employees	$ 80.00
	Inventory	$ 80.00

The above includes setup of (up to 15 each) Customers/Vendors/Employees.

Training & Support Services

You can receive training, tailored for your business, in any of the features of QuickBooks. These features include:

	Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Sales Tax
	Accounts Payable & Printing Checks
	Payroll
	Bank Account Reconciliation
	Credit Card Account Reconciliation

You can also receive support for your accounting software from our QuickBooks Advisors. We offer local support solutions and can respond promptly to your needs.

You can choose how to receive support services:

	At your office
	At our office
	Via telephone, fax or email
	Via our remote technology

Training and Support Services are available for our fee of $80 per hour.

Monitoring and Maintenance Services

These services involve regular (monthly or quarterly) analysis of your QuickBooks data. You receive a maintenance routine customized for your business. You choose the functions to be included in your maintenance plan, as well as the frequency.

Following are common monitoring & maintenance procedures:

	Data review to identify incorrect postings & misclassifications
	Review of data file setup of vendors/customers/employees
	Bank account reconciliation

	Reconcile customer account problems
	Reconcile vendor account problems
	Reconcile loan account balances

	Credit card account reconciliation
	Sales tax account reconciliation
	Payroll tax account reconciliation
	Maintain customized information reports

You will receive a fee quote for the plan that you choose. This fee will be fixed for the period that is agreed upon. The amount of the fee will be based upon the number of procedures that you choose and the volume of your data.
