2010 Minimum Fee Schedule
for Preparation of Federal and Ohio
Estate Tax Returns

Each assignment is unique. The work required will depend upon the volume & completeness of records provided and the complexity of the estate assets and tax issues involved.

Because of these variables, it is not possible to provide an exact fee quote. However, following are our minimum billing rates for estate tax services.

	Federal Estate Tax Form 706	$400, plus $100 per hour

	Ohio Estate Tax Form ET2	$300, plus $100 per hour

	Accounting services	$95 per hour

	Consultations & tax research	$100 per hour
